39 weeks

A little update...

I'm still feeling great! About a week ago Baby C was weighing about 7 lbs. 8 oz. give or take a pound. So far no signs of labor yet and on Tuesday we'll talk about inducing depending on how late she wants to arrive! We're getting closer and closer on a name...thank goodness! Bag is packed and hopefully we'll be announcing her arrival this week!

Wedding & Halloween

Last weekend we had two fun evenings! Saturday night was my friend Ashley's wedding. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to go since it was so close to my due date but she was flexible (of course!) and it all worked out! We got to see some great friends and I got to introduce Brandon to some awesome friends of mine from high school that he hadn't met yet!

Sunday night we celebrated Halloween at the Pearson's but with a special twist! We got all "pinked" out to celebrate Jo Ann's 20 years of being cancer free!

38 weeks

Dedication Week

So this past week at school was our Dedication week because we are a brand new school. Being one of the SCA sponsors it was an absolutely crazy but fun week! I'm just glad Baby C is already behaving and waited until after all this craziness to grace us with her presence (she'll be here in T-minus 2 weeks....yikes)! After a string of long days I came home to quite a dinner presentation. He had some of my favorite things...ice water with a straw & the candy corn pumpkins for dessert. I guess Brandon is getting in the Halloween mood and tried to make what he said was a "ghoulish" appetizer!

He was quite amused with himself and it was just the comic relief I needed! Thanks love!

An afternoon for Daddy!

Brandon got to enjoy a little spoiling by some great friends! Beth & Scott had a fun little gathering celebrating the Dad-to-be! Beth pulled out her creativity with these adorable onesies...

Preston & Aja thank you SO much for the handmade hat and I think Brandon will cuddle up with his pink Harley blanket:)

Baby C is ready to go fishing & camping with Daddy now that she has her own Dora fishing pole & Princess sleeping bag...thanks Scott!

And of course our English teacher gave us some awesome books....thank you Beth!

Also, big thanks to our "Wilson neighbors" who also brought gifts to spoil the Dad!

Baby BBQ

Not that we didn't know this already but we are SO lucky to have some of the most wonderful friends! My good friends LT & Ashley threw us a couples shower which was a perfect excuse to get everyone together for a party! They are both from out of town so we convened at our house and enjoyed an afternoon of great food, great friends, corn hole, and of course amazing gifts! The fun started with a gift from LT & Jon....you can see Brandon proudly displaying the new addition to his tool belt! He's totally ready now for those dirty diapers...thanks guys!

34 weeks

Belly pictures have been requested so here's one at 34 weeks! Went to the doctor this week and they estimate that she is 5 pounds and 8 ounces...crazy! My friend Nicole was over this week and made me realize that she could potentially come at any time now...yikes! I'm definitely not in that frame of mind but I guess I need to get there!
